What is Coaching?
At its core, coaching is simply a dialogue between two people. But it’s a specially constructed dialogue in which you are welcomed into a secure and safe space to give you the freedom to explore and discuss whatever is really important to you. Crucially, it’s a dialogue which aims to create meaningful and lasting change in your professional or personal life (or frequently in both!).
In coaching you set the agenda, you choose what you want to focus on and you set the boundaries around what may or may not be discussed. I am there to listen, to ask you powerful questions and to guide the dialogue in a way which enables you to follow the golden thread.
