What Andromeda can offer

I've spent many years working inside organisations, including over 25 years in management roles, observing for myself the impact of different management styles, and what tends to work or not work in terms of human engagement and motivation.  I've backed this up with my own leadership training, wide reading and study, and I've actively practiced training and skills development with colleagues and staff in business organisations over several years.

My workshops are typically targeted at groups of 10-12 people and are of a half-day or one-day's duration.  I aim to create highly interactive sessions which encourage "learning through experience".  The following is a selection of potential workshop formats:
